This is “All-Grass (Forage) Fed Beef.” 100% raised, fed, and finished on grasses and forages that we plant, grow, and bale right here on our ranch.

Right now, our finishing cattle are grazing Iron Clay Peas, otherwise known as Cowpeas. These are a high-quality, high-protein legume that provides excellent nutrition for finishing cattle. Cowpeas can be grazed during their vegetative growth stage or during the dough stage, when the seeds are still soft, mushy, and not fully mature.

But the benefits go far beyond feeding our cattle. They also play an important role in improving our soil health through Nitrogen Fixation and Deep Root Pe*******on.

This is what regenerative ranching is all about. Raising high-quality, nutritious beef while using forage crops that feed our livestock, improve our soils, and help build a healthier ranch.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Farm Tour this past weekend!

We had a great time welcoming everyone, showing you around the ranch, and sharing how we raise our livestock. We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to visit us, especially those who braved the rainy weather!

🚜 If you missed out, don’t worry! Our next Farm Tour will be in the spring, around May 2027!

🎉 Next year’s Fall Farm Tour will mark the 20th anniversary of the Fl-Ga Farm Tour! We are excited to celebrate this special milestone and hope everyone will come out and join us for the occasion!

There were several times throughout the day when we got soaked to the bone from the rain, but that didn’t stop us from showcasing our ranch and sharing how we raise our livestock!

We truly appreciate everyone who braved the weather to come visit us!

We’ll be doing it all again tomorrow! The good news is that the weather forecast for tomorrow is looking better.

We are planning on being OPEN this weekend for the FL-GA Farm Tour! 🐄

We are keeping a close eye on the storm in the Gulf, but as of right now, we are moving forward as planned!

📅 HOURS:
Saturday: October 10th, 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday: October 11th, 11 am - 4 pm

🚜 Hayrides:
Saturday: 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm
Sunday: 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm

⚠️ Hayrides are subject to weather conditions. We will offer hayrides during periods of clear weather when conditions are safe.

🍔 We will be cooking our delicious Deep Roots Meat burgers, offering free samples, and selling our Beef, Pork, and Chicken!

☔ There is a chance of moderate rain and wind throughout the weekend. If it rains, our horse barn will provide a covered area where we can stay dry. We recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket just in case! Please use your best judgment when deciding to travel and stay safe out there!

If weather conditions force us to change our plans, we will post updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

We just chopped the front pasture by the horse barn in preparation for the farm tour and the wild turkeys are already cleaning up the scraps. Just another example of ranching while coexisting with nature! 🦃🌱

Driving down the tree lane and happened to spot this bald eagle hanging out nearby. Always a pretty awesome sight to see!
