Construction continues... and so does the work in the woods!

There's never a shortage of things to do at our sugar shack in the UP! Between construction projects and getting the woods ready for another maple season, the boys have been keeping plenty busy.

But apparently, they're not the only ones roaming the woods! 👀

Our trail cameras recently caught a pack of wolves making their rounds, and let's just say these are a few furry neighbors we'd prefer to admire from a distance!

Wolves are a natural part of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and while they generally avoid humans, seeing a whole pack on camera is a pretty good reminder that we're working in their backyard, too!

The boys are staying alert, making plenty of noise while working, keeping an eye out for wildlife, and giving these guys lots of room to do their thing.

We'll stick to collecting sap. They can keep patrolling the woods!

We had such a great time in Orlando at the Gordon Food Service Food Show!

A huge THANK YOU to Gordon Food Service for putting on a fantastic event and to everyone who took the time to stop by our booth!

A little construction dust, a lot of maple dreams!

Things are continuing to take shape at our sugar shack in the UP! Construction is moving along, we’re busy insulating the inside and new equipment is starting to arrive. There’s been plenty happening behind the scenes!

It’s hard to believe how much has changed in such a short time and we’re getting more excited with every bit of progress.

There’s still plenty to do before the sap starts running, but we are getting there!

What a great show! 🍁

A huge THANK YOU to Gordon Food Service for putting on such a great event and to everyone who stopped by our booth!

The guys had an awesome time meeting everyone, making new connections, and getting the opportunity to share their passion for all things maple!

And because apparently we can't do anything without a little excitement... Greyson decided to add an emergency appendectomy to the week's agenda! But that didn't stop him from making an appearance on Wednesday, thanks to his amazing personal chauffeur (aka Mom)! 🚗❤️
