Attention Arizona Farmers and Ranchers!

Last fall, heavy rain and floods caused a lot of damage to farms and ranches around the Globe/Miami area. Governor Hobbs submitted a request to USDA for assistance. We are happy to announce that emergency assistance is now available.

Paul Brierley, AZDA Director, said, "This is about more than just funding; it’s about rebuilding what was lost."

Here are the important things to know:
Who can get help? Farmers in Gila County and in nearby counties: Coconino, Graham, Maricopa, Navajo, Pinal, and Yavapai.
What kind of help is there? You can get emergency loans from the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA).
When do you need to apply? You have until Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to apply.
How do you start? Contact your local FSA office to begin your application and learn more.
