Thanks to Fargo foodie Rick Gion for having us over to Prairie public for an interview for Prairie Plates! We loved talking all things Fargo and food! Link in the comments!
* I spy the trolley from Mr. Rogers in the corner😉

Help me name the tiramisu.
Should it stay tiramisu, or should we be creative and call it tiramiskyr or skyramisu?

We did something fun yesterday!
Can you guess who and where we visited?

So fun to have Sierra and Dagrún stop in So+Lo's!
Dagrún is our first Icelander who lives in Iceland and is visiting North Dakota to stop in!
And, Sierra grew up just up the road from Mountain, North Dakota. Her parents own One Majestic Place ! If you are ever looking for a place to stay for a long weekend, it doesn't get any better than thier cabins!

Curry chicken salad is popping today!
Eat at the shop or take it to go!

10/25/2026

We make our soup from scratch daily!
Our chicken and wild rice is a brothy soup, not creamy. We like our soup soupy and not like a clump! This one has rosemary and thyme! 😋

10/23/2026

The deli case is looking great this morning! We have pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting today!

10/22/2026

I reworked the menu a little bit to fit all the new things!
