How did it start..... NOTE !! After a lifetime in the food service industry, I have gained a love for baking. I bake assorted pies, cakes and bitesized goodies.

I did this today!! 😊

Turtle Cheesecake- brownie bottom, light caramel cheesecake, a layer of mixed pecan and caramel, topped off with chocolate ganache. Finished off with homemade Turtle Candy.

Passion Fruit Cheesecake- graham cracker crust , passion fruit cheesecake, passion fruit mousse, passion fruit puree in the center finished off with two slices of pineapple.

2nd version ... Deluxe

Pistachio cheesecake done two different ways.
We have a basic cheesecake with ganache drip and sprinkled with pistachios.
The second is the deluxe version with added layer of chocolate mousse and layer with Pistachios folded in, topped with, ganache and sprinkled with Pistachios.
