This year for the first time we will be offering a pasture turkey from Tailfeather Farms out of Walla Walla, they only get between 8-14lb and limited quantity. Feel free to give to shop a call to secure your bird, or fill out a sign up sheet at the shop.

We are running a blow out special on Picanha for 12.99lb. If you don't know or haven't tried one, it comes off the top sirloin and is best seared and served cut across grain. We like to describe it as tender ,rich and buttery.
