Demand for our meat has increased greatly in the last year, making it impossible for us to keep up. Our ground beef sells out within hours of our receiving the inventory. Quarters and halves have been sold out for 2026 for a while, and our next opening is not until November 2027!

Our animals grow more slowly because they are 100% grass fed. We could bulk them up faster by supplementing with grain, but that would change our whole business model and what we have established for our farm. People drive past and see all of our animals and ask why we can't just butcher more. 1-they aren't big enough 2- they are our bulls, and we need those for the next generation 3- they are nice, mature cows, and we also need those for the next generation.

We are not taking pre-orders via phone or email. We will post inventory on our website when it is available and hope at some point to be able to have an ample supply again. All we can do is keep on with our current schedule.
We appreciate those of you who remain steady customers even in this frustrating time.
