I also honestly have no idea what the big box grocery store sells chicken for, but I feel like this has to be about the same price. Way to cheap, but yall love our chicken breasts, and chickens don't only make breasts. 😆

Don't ask her how much ice cream she eats. Worst parenting choice I made was to sell ice cream and take my kids to work and they see me give customers ice cream 😂

We will be having a HUGE sale on our chicken this weekend (Thursday, Friday & Saturday if theres any inventory left). We can only raise these birds from spring until fall because as chicks they need to stay so warm and they grow a lot better and more efficiently when its warm.

Since our first batches of the year are SO close to being processed, I want to move the little bit of last years inventory that we have! I will share tomorrow night what the sale will be, after I get full inventory of what we have.

Photo from last season of some birds loaded up ready to be processed. Last year we never had enough chicken crates so some of them always had to ride loose on the trailer 😆

Fixed that problem for this year *hopefully*!

Every year (well more like every day) there are things to improve, but our money doesnt grow on trees sadly. So every year I try to invest in a few things that the farm really needs and makes our life a little bit easier. I truly live by the motto 'use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without.' New is rarely in the budget but thats ok, it just makes us appreciate when we do get an upgrade.

So anyways, please come buy our chicken which will be at crazy good prices, and fill your freezer!

It's Friday, which means we will have all of our homemade baked goods!

I made another butcher run this week, so we have literally every single cut in stock! If you haven't tried our flavored burger patties or our brats.. I highly recommend if you love flavor in your life.

We also made a fresh batch of cheese curds Monday, and we have lots of ice cream to scoop for you also!

How to really level up your pizza.. not only a ball of our fresh mozzarella, but take some of our flavored brats and slice them up as 'pepperonis' and dont go shy on them like everyone does on a pizza.

Amazing and adds SO much flavor!

I used our cheese and onion and also our jalapeño cheese for Tylers half. I had some end pieces that had to get used up and I am so glad I tried it!

We have 7 other flavors of brats to try, and they are SO convenient because all you have to do is heat them up!

Grab some for your weekend grilling or pizzas! We are open 1-530 today and tomorrow and 10-3 Saturday!
