Brown Sugar N' Spice Personalized sugar creations specializing in Caribbean flavors. We make everything from tiered cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, themed sweet tables and more!

We are a mother daughter team who have combined our love for baking and the artistry of cake decorating to create cakes and desserts to celebrate life’s sweet occasions. We are self taught bakers who have taken a few cake decorating classes and continue to expand our skills through experience and our International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES) membership. We initially pursued cake decorating for

personal enjoyment but have been encouraged by family and friends to expand our horizons. Our confections are made from scratch and are baked in small batches. We use high quality ingredients to provide you with a superior product with a distinctive flavor. Real butter, cream,extracts,fruits and no trans fat ingredients are used in our baked products. Attention to detail will be utilized when personalizing and capturing the vision of your customized cake.
