It’s shaping up to be a gorgeous week in Camp Hill, and we’re peeking at a roster with another incredible lineup of growers, makers, bakers, and creators. Whether you’re stocking up for the week, grabbing dinner, or just soaking in the Market energy… we can’t wait to see you this Tuesday, June 9th.

A couple notes:
- Baby Bee Apiaries LLC and The Wholesome Loaf will not be in attendance this week, as they are taking much-deserved vacations.
- Kimchee Girl is back for her first market this season, so make sure to stop by and say "hi!"
- Our compost program is OPEN for the season, so bring your food scraps to the compost station each week and help us keep waste out of the landfill. It’s easy, it’s free, and it makes a real difference.

Don't forget:
We’re popping up again this Saturday with a smaller, extended‑hours Market in conjunction with the Downtown Camp Hill Association’s Plein Air Festival. Come stroll, snack, shop, and enjoy the festival atmosphere all along Market Street, June 13th, from 10-3 PM!

✨ A little note from your Market Manager, Mandy ✨

Every week, I’m reminded just how much talent, hard work, and heart our vendors bring to Market on Market. I could spend all day talking about them… and it still wouldn’t cover everything they grow, bake, craft and create for this community.

So for today’s market, I’m sharing a small photo roundup… just a quick look at the variety waiting for you.

What you will see is a taste of the incredible mix we offer each Tuesday… fresh produce, local meats, breads, sweets, jams, eggs, drinks, handmade goods, ready‑to‑eat meals, and so much more.

Featured this week: fresh radishes and spring mix from Beshore Hill Farms; tasty Blue Oyster jerky from Bennett Run Mushrooms; delicious gluten-free cookies from Plants in the Cloud; little morsels of perfection (nonparalels) from Sweet717; a snapshot of the offerings from Back Creek Farms, a gorgeous new red, white and blue jam from Amy & Steve's Preserves; and some hot (and sweet) honey from Baby Bee Apiaries.

If you’ve been missing that cup of sunshine on a hot afternoon, good news… Snofunn returns to the market this week to begin her every‑other‑week rotation. She hasn’t been with us since opening day, and we know plenty of you have been waiting for her fresh squeezed lemonades and colorful snocones to make their comeback.

Her stand is one of those simple pleasures that make strolling the market feel easy and fun. A cold lemonade in one hand, a snocone in the other, kids with bright tongues, adults pretending they didn’t want one until they take the first sip… it’s the little things that make Tuesdays feel like summer.

Come welcome her back, grab something icy and refreshing, and enjoy the walk. Snofunn is here this week, and it finally feels like the season is settling in.

Antonella is bringing another beautiful spread to the market this week… a mix of comforting classics, fresh summer flavors, and a few dishes her family swears by. Everything is made from scratch, packed with authentic Italian character, and ready to take home.

Here’s what she’s serving:

APPETIZERS
🔹 Arancine (filled with meat and peas; filled with cheese; mushrooms, spinach, béchamel, mozzarella)
🔹 Cantalupo e prosciutto (cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto, mint, balsamic)
🔹 Cavolfiore (sliced cauliflower dipped in eggs, breaded with herbs, pan‑fried; served with homemade basil aioli)
🔹 Panino (porchetta, smoked cheese, tomato, caramelized onions)

ENTREES
🔹 Bucatini Amatriciana (crispy guanciale, San Marzano tomato, pecorino cheese)

When we asked the community what they wanted more of this season, sweets and chocolates were at the very top of the list.

So we brought in Sweet 717… handmade marshmallows, chocolate-covered pretzel sticks, peanut butter cups, and those bright little nonpareils everyone loves.

Here’s the honest part. You asked for this vendor, and with the hot weather creeping in, their time with us is limited. Chocolate and summer heat do not mix, so the number of weeks they can safely attend is shrinking. And if their booth looks a little empty when you walk by, it is only because they keep everything tucked in coolers to stay fresh.

If you have been meaning to try them, this is the moment. If you love supporting small makers, this is the moment. And if you were one of the many who said, “please bring in more sweets,” this is definitely the moment.

It’s no secret that this season has felt a little tougher for many of our vendors, and Back Creek Farms ( on IG) is no exception. But if there’s one thing that hasn’t changed, it’s the care they put into every cut of their pasture‑raised meats. Their steaks, roasts, and weekly staples are the kind of quality you can taste… the kind that turns an ordinary evening into something slow, simple, and grounding.

If you’ve been craving a reason to unwind, grilling a Back Creek Farms steak might be the easiest place to start. Add a fresh bundle of herbs or seasoning blends from our spice vendors, pick up produce for the side dishes, grab a loaf of something soft from our bakers, and maybe a bottle of wine to round out the night. Suddenly, you’ve built a meal that feels like a deep breath.

Back Creek Farms has been with us since the beginning. They show up for this community every single week. If you’ve been thinking about stocking your freezer or planning a special dinner, this is a great week to stop by their table and support a farm that truly supports us.

Starting this Tuesday, 6/2, our Compost Program is officially open for the season!

This is one of our favorite ongoing efforts to keep Market on Market, and our wider Camp Hill community, a little greener and a little more sustainable each year.

We will be accepting egg shells, fruit, and vegetable scraps only. Please note that no animal byproducts, cooked foods, or yard waste can be accepted.

All compost collected goes straight to our lovely flower vendor, Christine of Little Swatara Creek Flowers, where it’s transformed into the rich soil that helps grow the bouquets you take home each week. It’s a full‑circle moment we’re proud to support.
