Another fantastic time at the Farmers Market with many great questions about recycling. If you have questions about the upcoming curbside recycling program, please find us at West Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, tomorrow (June 10) from 4 to 6 p.m.

You can also find us at Council Night at Bandshell Park on Thursday, June 11 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Curbside recycling starts July 1. You can find your designated pickup day at www.cityofames.org/recycling.

Open to children 5 to 15 years of age. Baked goods must be homemade by the child with all edible ingredients.

Pre-registration is required.

This year Abbey and I have been taking a proactive approach to adding more healthy, clean proteins to our daily diet.

One of our favorite breakfast protein options is our Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pancake mix, which is 28 grams of protein before adding eggs to the mix.

Abbey calls them Reese's Pancakes... though Mom thinks the Reese's people might not approve of us using their name likeness lol.

Whatever you want to call them... you will definitely say they are delicious 😋

We will be brining these with us to the Ames Main Street Farmers' Market this Saturday, June 13th.
