Freeze-dried isn't the same as dehydrated 👀
Both processes remove moisture, but they do it differently.
❄️ Freeze-drying: Food is frozen, then placed under vacuum to remove moisture through sublimation. This helps preserve its structure, flavour and nutrients.
☀️ Dehydration: Food is dried using heat and airflow to remove moisture, often resulting in a denser, chewier texture.
At Radix, we choose freeze-drying to help preserve more of the goodness in real ingredients so you can fuel better, naturally.
