This weeks CHOP IT UP TUESDAY!!🐑 (on a Friday 🫣) a suggestion from one of our valued customers. rolled and stuffed wild garlic and mushroom lamb breast. Found this recipe incredibly delicious, using a very underutilised cut of meat to create this beautifully tender roasting piece.
