We’re very excited to announce our first ever retreat day at Lannock Farm!

Join us to slow down and connect with what’s real: good food, fresh air, nature, movement, community and the quiet joy of open fields and big skies.

Yoga workshops with , sauna and cold plunge and guided walks across the land with farm.
Followed by a delicious long lunch at Smoke + Barrel, british seasonal flower workshop with Rosie and optional massages with Katie (highly recommend!)
