There’s something about these colder, darker days that makes a bowl of homemade Cullen Skink all the more comforting.

Made with our own smoked haddock, potatoes and leeks in a lovely creamy broth, it’s one of those traditional Scottish dishes that never really needs much fuss.

Simple, hearty and full of flavour. Just the sort of thing you want to come home to after a chilly autumn day.

Our Cullen Skink is back in the fridge counter at The Fish Hoose for today, ready to take home and warm up when you fancy a wee bowl of comfort.

Our freshly prepared Fish Pie Mix is available in the shop today, making it easier than ever to put together a proper family favourite!

A lovely selection of fish, carefully prepared and diced by us, ready for you to take home and turn into something delicious. All the goodness of fresh fish without the faff of buying and preparing several different fillets!

Pop in and grab yours while they’re hot. Perfect for your dinner, a late lunch or a tasty wee snack! 😋

Potts Fish Pie Sauce makes for an easy midweek dinner along with our fish pie mix. Simply add in your fish, some veg and top with either mashed potato or puff pastry and pop in the oven! Simple! We’re all about an easy tea!
