Taking ethically raised local pork, beef, chicken and lamb and making lots of fresh sausages, dry cured bacon and other artisanal goodies Our mission is to bring local and sustainably raised pork, beef, chicken and lamb to the people of Saskatoon and surrounding area. We specialize in more than just the standard cut & wrap. while we sell chops and roasts, we also take the not so familiar bits and make green curry, liver parfait, bone broth, pate, etc...
