Smoked turkeys are in stock and ready for pick up! First we brine them in a salt, sugar and water solution to help maintain its moisture; then we put them into our smokehouse!

Follow these steps for an easy and wonderful turkey this Thanksgiving!

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Add a bit of water, stock, or apple juice to the bottom of your roasting pan, just enough to cover the bottom.
Place the turkey in the pan and cover it with foil.
Reheat for 10 to 15 minutes per pound, until it reaches 135°F inside. This can take 1 to 4 hours depending on the size.
Remove the foil and heat for another 10 to 15 minutes to crisp up the skin.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving for the juiciest results.
