In doing so, we strive to offer a safe, relaxing and enjoyable place for people to come together. The markets serve to stimulate and support local economic initiatives, to provide an opportunity for community groups and individuals to inform and entertain their neighbours, to support and strongly encourage practices which work towards ecological and community health. With this all in mind our number one goal is to support local agriculture.

We are currently looking for:

Market Assistant & Driver (for all locations) $19.50/hr Saturday (Haney) Tuesday (Pitt Meadows) Thursday (PoCo).

Must haves: Clean driving abstract and criminal record check, passionate about community engagement, able to lift 50 lbs, comfortable with social media, able to work in all weather. The Market Assistant & Driver is responsible for driving the Society van to and from the market sites, ensuring the appropriate market equipment is available and maintained.
