Mad Dog Crabs is located in Duncan, BC and is owned and operated by Scott and Katie Mahon. Mad Dog Mad Dog Crabs are Katie and Scott Mahon. Come aboard!

Scott has been a sport fishing guide and a commercial fisherman for years on BC's coast. It was a natural that Katie would join him on the boat when they got together. They opened up a weekend fish market in Duncan - and thus was born Mad Dog Crabs. The market turned out to be resoundingly successful ... which of course led to musings about establishing a seafood shop in town. Which is the short version of how Katie and Scott today can be found in the most popular seafood store on Vancouver Island. The seafood is always fresh, and the crew is always friendly.

Fresh Dungeness crab just off the boat! We also clean your Crab for free.
Halibut burgers are back.
We have amazing troll caught Coho salmon from Haidi Gwaii. As all salmon is now in its frozen season our Coho comes from our freezer trollers. Its frozen within 20 mins from coming out of the ocean for impeccable freshness.

We have lots of fresh live Dungeness crab, and good news the price is down to mid summer levels. The average crab is approximately $30. Fall is a great time to have a seafood feed.
