Hello Cochrane!
Starting on Monday, June 8th, we will be switching to our summer hours!
Our hours will change to the following:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - 9am to 6pm
Wednesday - 9am to 6pm
Thursday - 9am to 6pm
Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Sunday - CLOSED

We have decided to close on Mondays once again this summer, as our experience over the past 8 years has shown that Mondays in the summertime are not worth being open for.

However, for the days we are open throughout the week, we will still be making and selling all of our products per usual. This includes lasagna, pizza dough and supplies, tiramisu, pasta, sandwiches, coffee, gelato, deli meats and cheese, charcuterie boards (by order), and much more!!

Ciao Cochrane!!
Our first two pizza al taglio are ready for Pizza Thursday. The rest will be coming out shortly! The flavours we have today are pepperoni, spinach alfredo, veggie, pepperoni & mushroom, margherita, and more! So come down and get a slice!

We also still have our sandwiches, coffee, fresh pasta, lasagna, and more to check out in store!

Hello Cochrane! Our Thursday pizzas are ready for you to come and enjoy! The flavours are margherita, pepperoni, spinach alfredo, pepperoni and mushroom, veggie, cheese, etc.

We will be selling it thorughout the day or until they are all sold out. If you would like us to put aside any slices, please call us at 403-981-2898, and we're happy to do so!

Buongiorno, Cochrane!

Today we have our pizza kit sale going! With this sale, you get 2 pizza doughs, 1 bag of pizza cheese, 1 bag of pizza pepperoni, and 1 small pizza sauce for $19.50, saving you $2.20. We will have the pizza kit all day until we run out of dough.

We also have lots of fresh pasta, tiramisu, bread, and lasagna ready to be sold, and gelato, sandwiches, and coffee to be made!

If you would like any of our products put aside for you, give us a call at 403-981-2898, and we can do that for you!

Even with the unexpected weather, we are still open and making all of our fresh products such as lasagna, tiramisu, bread, pasta, and more!!
We will also be getting another shipment of our gelato sometime later today, so look out for another post when it arrives!

To start off the May long weekend, we are having our pizza kit on sale! You get 2 pizza doughs, 1 pizza cheese, 1 pizza pepperoni, and 1 small pizza sauce all for $19.50, saving you $2.20.

We also still have our frozen linguine, spicy arrabiatta sauce, frozen focaccia, and frozen bread on sale for 20% off.

Today, we will be making more fresh lasagna, pasta, and bread. We always have our sandwich station and coffee for you to enjoy!

So come down to get supplies for this long weekend!

Good morning, Cochrane!

All of the construction on 1st Street East, which is the road in front of our store, is gone, and we are open and ready for customers!

Today is once again pizza al taglio Thursday, and the first pizzas will be ready around 11:30am. We will have flavours such as pepperoni, cheese, veggie, margherita, spinach alfredo, and more!

Good afternoon Cochrane,
Due to a road closure for today only, we decide to close the store at 5 pm .
Job looks done so tomorrow parking entrance suppose to reopen again .
