But that is not enough. So, as we may supply the best of Tasmanian Beef to you our valued customers...As of tomorrow we proudly commence stocking the mighty Cape Grim Beef label at "the farm shoppe"...We will start with a few select cuts, but knowing this product well, I am sure that we will need to increase our Product Range quickly to satisfy the demand for this Homegrown and Locally Processed Tasmanian Beef. Good Afternoon North West Tasmania. We have had a week of extremes with the weather. Early in the week we experienced rain, wind, snow down to 400mtrs and sunshine. Wednesday morning at daylight getting the cattle ready to be trucked it was 1.5 degrees at Rocky Cape and today we have a beautiful day. Early spring weather in NW Tasmania surely is erratic. But the good; Outweighs the Bad.
Due to customer demand, we again have in the cabinet this afternoon our Pork, Potato and Pepper Pies, that are of course 100%GF. Simply pop into an oven or air fryer until golden brown and enjoy...only at "the farm shoppe"...the home of Inglis River Meats and more. 03 6442 1113.

Good Morning North West Tasmania. We hope you all enjoyed the weekend. If you got to attend the Wynyard Tulip Festival on Saturday, I am sure that you had a great day. Jen and I attended the Producers Table Luncheon at Appleby's Mediterraneo Bar & Grill Boat Harbour on Sunday. Good Food and Good Company, along with some very good wines, it was a great afternoon. In the cabinet today we have some succulent Lamb of Tasmania Noisettes. Bake them, Pan Fry them or pop them into the air fryer. Tender and full of flavour they are sure to impress. Jen and Dave are cutting and packing a body of beef for one of our customers this morning.
A young steer bred and raised on our Rocky Cape farms.
His mother a daughter of the famous Michifuku out of a Telegraph Station Murray Grey Cow. His father a combination of the best-known Wagyu genetics including Michifuku, DM 100 and Ichiryuno..."the farm shoppe"...the home of Inglis River Meats and much more.

A few weeks ago, we had young Penny Von Bibra daughter of our Free-Range Egg suppliers Morgan and Mandy of Yolla Yolkers do a self-portrait on a random egg, in amongst the 40 dozen eggs we sell weekly. The deal was that the customer who found this egg in their purchase, would be the winner of a $50 voucher to spend with us. A customer that has been supporting us right from the start, five years ago, came forward with that lone egg today with the "Portrait of Penny". Congratulations go to Karen Duncan of Sisters Beach who was the lucky winner. We always look forward to Karen coming into the shoppe most weeks, enjoying conversations with her on many topics.
