Toowong Village Meats is very excited to involved with Making March Purple....

On Wednesday February 11th, we'll be broadcasting live from Brookwater Golf & Country Club, with Tim from Channel 9's Today Show crossing live throughout the morning. It's shaping up to be a fun, high-energy start to the day.

We would love to showcase the strength, unity and spirit of our epilepsy community by inviting you to join our team as part of our purple cheer squad 💜

Stand beside us, proudly smothered in purple, as we come together to make a powerful statement and create a meaningful impact - raising awareness and support for individuals and families living with epilepsy.

▪️ Where: Brookwater Golf and Country Club

▪️ Address: 1 Tournament Drive, Brookwater

▪️ When: Wednesday 11 February

▪️ Time: 4:30am to 9:00am (you can select your availability in the RSVP form)

▪️ Dress: Wear Purple 💜 anything you can find! Bring pom poms, hats, shirts, tutus - the more purple, the bigger the impact!

▪️ RSVP close midnight Monday February 9th or until capacity is reached - spots are limited so please don't delay!

What to expect: A relaxed, fun, family-friendly community event:

▪️ Inflatable obstacle course for all ages - bring socks! 🏰

▪️ Face painter for the kids (and adults alike!)

▪️ A footy kick-about 🏈

▪️ Sausage sizzle

▪️ A couple of "On Air" moments with live crosses with the Today Show where our Purple Cheer Squad will shine (don't worry, you won't be on microphone) 🎤

▪️ Mingle with some high profile celebrities and familiar faces (including our biggest supporter and QLD's own Wally "The King" Lewis!) 👑

▪️ A chance to demonstrate how fun, passionate and high energy our epilepsy community is! 🎉

Coffee will be available for purchase on site, so feel free to grab a cup and settle in as the morning unfolds.

Bring your family, friends, colleagues - and most importantly, your purple. It's a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate our community, and help shine a spotlight epilepsy.
