When your toxic trait is thinking you can solve all my life problems with a freeze-dried beef liver supplement… except it actually works??? 😭
Swipe to see why people are officially obsessed with our Organic Beef Liver capsules.
No weird taste, no coffee crashes, just pure main character energy. Who else is in their organ meat era? 👇

We have recently gotten into the habit of making chicken broth weekly and having it in the morning before our collagen coffee.

It’s a game changer for gut health and sets you up for the day 👌🏻 You can literally feel it warm up your body in the morning.

I follow the Diana Wilson recipe and now that it’s become a staple in our diet, I look forward to it every day 👌🏻

And because who doesn’t need more gelatinous collagen goodness in their diet (chicken feet are a must for this btw). For veggies I always add leek, celery, carrots, parsley, garlic and tumeric.

Have you made chicken broth before? Let me know in the comments and drop an emoji of what you add to it!

Look to be honest, signs or no signs - if you haven’t given it a go yet, you’re missing out.

The undisputed GOAT of nutrients - beef liver is such a great way to get so many key nutrients into your diet - B12, heme iron, folate, vitamin A - all working together synergistically and in balanced ratios, instead of isolated so your body actually knows what to do with them.

Give them a go and thank us later 😘

My daily coffee, but make it functional.

Just add one scoop of our Collagen Peptides to your morning coffee or smoothie and you’re 9 grams up for the day!

🇦🇺 AUSTRALIAN MADE DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN AUSTRALIAN SOURCED.

Here’s something worth knowing when you’re shopping for collagen:

A product can be made in Australia while the collagen itself is sourced from overseas.

“Made in Australia” refers to where the product is manufactured - it doesn’t automatically mean the raw ingredients came from Australian animals.

And when it comes to collagen, where the raw material comes from matters.

So next time you see an Australian flag or “Australian Made” on a collagen tub, look a little closer.

Ask:
🥩 Where was the collagen sourced?
🐄 What animal is it from?
🇦🇺 Where was it processed?
🔍 Can the source be traced?

At Goodie, we believe you deserve to know what’s in your supplement — and where it came from.

That’s why our collagen is Australian sourced and Australian made.

Don’t just look at where it’s made. Look at where it starts.

It do be like that though 😌☕️

I still can’t believe it…we won Best Collagen Product AND Editor’s Choice at the Clean + Conscious Awards this year✨

Winning this means so much to us, and validates everything we’ve been working towards 🥹

Creating clean, high-quality, nutrient-dense and effective products that people can enjoy as part of their daily routine has been our goal from the beginning and to be recognised by a foundation that we love and trust so much is honestly the icing on the cake 🧁

Thank you to the incredible team involved in putting the awards together, the brilliant judges and everyone who has supported us in our journey🙏

Have you tried our award-winning Collagen Peptides yet? Drop a 🤍 in the comments if they are already part of our routine, or if you’re keen to give them a go!

PS: I had to edit this to remove about 20 seconds of ugly crying but every time I watch it I feel proud of what we have built and what’s to come…🫶🏻

We are truly blown away and deeply humbled to share that Goodie Grass Fed Collagen Peptides has taken out both Gold Winner and Editor’s Choice for Best Collagen Product at the 2026 Clean + Conscious Awards ✨

When we started Goodie, it was just the two of us with a simple vision: to create a pure, single-ingredient collagen with complete radical transparency, plastic-free packaging, and 100% local NSW paddock-to-pantry traceability. No shortcuts, no hidden additives, and no greenwashing - just doing things the right way to support our bodies.

To be recognised alongside so many brands we admire means more than words can express.

Reading these heartfelt words from the expert judges Kathryn, Jade and Emma left us completely speechless:

Kathryn Nelson Kathryn Nelson 🧜🏼‍♀️ Mermaid “They believe radical transparency is a non-negotiable part of operating ethically in the wellness space... And from a team of just TWO people! Very impressed.”

Jade Woodd JADE / Wholefoods recipes “Absolutely LOVE the sourcing and transparency... knowing exactly where the collagen comes from is so cool, and having the testing available for consumers is a very refreshing thing.”

Emma Freeman Emma Freeman “There is a focus on doing things well rather than taking shortcuts, and I appreciate the support of regional Australian communities.”

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, welcomed us into your daily routines, and shared in our vision from day one. Your support keeps our small team of two going, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have you on this journey with us. 💛

And thank you to Clean + Conscious Awards for championing all the incredible clean, ethical and sustainable brands across Australia and New Zealand 💚
