What is Lamb Keema?
Lamb Keema (or Kheema) is a traditional South Asian curry made with minced lamb, onions, tomatoes, and aromatic warming spices. Rich, comforting and packed with flavour, it’s the ultimate family-friendly dinner for cooler nights.
No lamb mince? No problem! Jess simply blitzed leftover roast lamb until finely chopped, making this an easy leftover lamb recipe, high-protein dinner, and a great way to reduce food waste.

Ingredients:
• 1kg cooked lamb roast, finely chopped
• 1 sachet Love My Earth Savoury Mince Organic QuickStix
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup peas
• Handful fresh mint, coriander or parsley, chopped
Method:
Add the lamb to a large pan.
Sprinkle over the Organic QuickStix Mix and stir to coat.
Add water and peas.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until rich and fragrant.
Stir through fresh, chopped herbs before serving.
Serve with steamed rice, yoghurt, kimchi, broccolini, red capsicum and extra fresh herbs for a nourishing, flavour-packed meal.
