From the café floor to the racecourse! 🖤🤍🥂

A fabulous afternoon at the Stanthorpe Cup, followed by an equally fabulous evening with beautiful company and a delicious dinner at Josie’s.

A little glimpse of life outside Brinx! 🐎✨ And yes, I was bright eyed and bushy tailed, backing it up at the shop at sparrow fart this morning! 💨🤣😂 always a plus when you drink 50 000 bottles of water 💦🤣😂

Holy cannoli! 🇮🇹🤌🏼🍓

When the cannoli look THIS good, you take 47 photos and post every single one. 😂📸

Golden, crispy shells, luscious creamy filling, fresh strawberries and a whole lot of Italian deliciousness… all boxed up and looking almost too pretty to eat. ALMOST. 🤤

A little throwback to this beauty we whipped up the other week!

Because life’s too short to say no to cannoli. 🤌🏼✨

Just a few snippets from the last couple of days at BRINX! 💚

Coffee flowing ☕️, breakfast plates flying out of the kitchen 🍳, açai bowls looking pretty 🍓, bagels stacked high 🥯 and the deli shelves filling up with all sorts of delicious goodies! 🧀🥒

Throw in some beautiful blooms 🌹, a little Nonna time ❤️ and the usual organised chaos that comes with running this little place of ours. 😂

Good food, good coffee, good people and a whole lot of love behind it all.

A whole lot of coffee, brunch, sweet things, mini grazers and the usual Brinx chaos… with a very special surprise 70th thrown into the mix for Dad 🥹🎂

Because apparently feeding people all weekend at work wasn’t enough, so naturally we went home and did it all again 😂❤️

Breakfasts, brunches, coffees, sweet treats, platters and plenty of deliciousness flying out of the Brinx kitchen.

Our dine-in days are Friday • Saturday • Sunday • Monday, with breakfast + brunch from 7am.

A little heads-up for tomorrow 🩷 we’ve got a big catering order of mini grazers heading out to one of our beautiful local wineries 🍇✨ so breakfast service may wrap up a little earlier than usual, at around 10am.

If you’re planning on joining us tomorrow, we recommend getting in early and booking ahead. 💚
