Saturday 9th April 9am to 2pm - Easter/Mother’s Day market
Saturday 23rd July 10am to 3pm -

Christmas in July- Stall cost is $25 for 3 x 3
Saturday 27th August - 9am to 2pm - Father’s Day market
Friday 28th October - Twilight 4pm to 8pm - Halloween market
Friday 9th Dec -Twilight 4pm to 8pm - Christmas market





Supply own lighting to show your display for twilight markets.

$10 3x3 single site, If you share a single site it still is $10 each stall holder.
$20 6x6 double site, if you share a site it still is $20 each stall holder. If power is required, $5 per market if available. For bookings contact Stephanie via message this page. Note : Conditions from Council. Due to the irrigation system NO TENT PEGS can be used to secure gazebos , stall holders must bring sand bags or large water containers to weigh down your site , or tie onto a tree if you're near to one. No driving on the grass.

We need younger volunteers who would like to run our Markets, that includes running the BBQ , organising bookings from Market Stall Holders, advertising the Market, making sure people have their liability cover. Friday afternoons from 4pm till 7.30. If you’re interested and have any friends who would like to help start up our Markets again that would be great. Safe Sleeping Pods for the Homeless in Ulm, Germany In Ulm, Germany, folks without a roof over their heads can now find refuge in newly installed sleeping pods around the city. These aren’t just any pods—they’re called Ulmer Nests, made of wood and steel to protect against the cold, wind, and humidity.

Each pod fits up to two people and is designed without cameras for privacy. Instead, motion sensors alert social workers when the pods are in use, ensuring they're cleaned and ready for the next person, and that anyone using them gets the help they need.

What’s even cooler? These nests are equipped with solar panels and a radio network, so occupants can communicate without needing a mobile phone.

The creators of Ulmer Nests aim to help those who can’t access traditional shelters—whether due to psychological reasons or because they have a pet. These pods aren’t meant to replace traditional housing but serve as an “emergency last resort” to avoid the dangers of sleeping outdoors.

Our Story

We are please to announce that the Lowood Bunyip Markets will be recommencing 19 January 2020. The Bunyip Markets will be held at Clock Park between the hours of 2:00 - 6:00pm. Further information will be posted about our Stall Holders prior to January. Lowood Bunyip Markets are run threw the Lowood Community Action Group Inc. which is a not-for-profit community organisation. As a community organisation, Lowood Bunyip Markets volunteers are looking to support community stall holders that create, bake or make their products. Stall site costs are:

$10.oo per Stall Holder for a 3x3m site who holds a current insurance liability certificate; and

$15.00 per Stall Holder for a 3x3m site who does not hold a current insurance liability certificate.

If you are able to provide your preferred email address we will respond with further information and a Stall Holder Booking Request Form as soon as possible . STALL SPACE is FREE for NON PROFIT ORGANISATIONS Schools, Blue Care, Rescue Dogs, etc but you will need your own liability cover.
