Congratulations to our youngest stallholders last week from "The Little Batch Bakery" 😁
Much planning and enthusiasm was put into this day which was a great success!
The kids researched recipes, had baking trials and planned their own stall's lay out and decoration.
It was a team effort that generated energy and excitement!
The last words of the day from the young dream team were: "Can we do this again???"

Sally (OINK) makes great salads 😁
Top left: Sally brought 5 great salads to Eltham Farmers' Market.
Bottom left: Sally was very excited when her first customer, Tania, bought some.
Right: the trend continued and pretty soon there was no salad for latecomers 🥲
We hope to see Sally & OINK again next month.

NEW BUSINESS - "Salads to pig out to" 😁
This Sunday 20th September - Eltham Farmers’ Market is excited to be hosting the launch of OINK.

OINK is the creation of Sally Dwyer. Sally’s mission is to offer Salads to Pig Out To 😊
OINK makes fresh, vegetable-led food an easy and appealing option - while celebrating seasonal Victorian produce and building relationships with local growers and producers.
Sally loves the idea of sourcing fresh, seasonal produce from local growers and turning that produce into something customers can enjoy straight away or take home.
Sally’s menu will feature produce from EFM farmers: King Valley Walnuts, Plenty Valley Produce, Selba Farm, Thriving Foods, and Schulz Organic Dairy.
