This popular white tea is known as White Peony Tea in English, but is also known as Pai Mu Tan in China. It is the most famous white tea, from Fujian Province.

After plucking, the tea is sun dried or naturally dried indoors. The leaves have dappled shades of green and brown with silvery white leaf tips producing an elegantly spicy taste with an amber cup.

Pai mu Tan has a clear bright apricot colour, with a natural lightly floral fragrance. White Peony white tea has a flavour which is very refreshing. It has layers of mellow and earthy flavours with highlights of a lightly sweet delicate and smooth floral tone. Although there are no actual peonies in White Peony white tea, it does have a slightly floral finish and aroma that lends an interesting note to its more earthy flavours.

Organic Summer Fruits
😋

Experience the refreshing taste of our Organic Summer Fruits infusion, a zesty blend of organic orange, hibiscus petals, golden mango, and apple. This tea brews to a beautiful rose colour and has a hint of liquorice root for natural sweetness

Origin: Multiple

Ingredients: All organic ingredients — Apple pieces, rose hip peel, hibiscus blossoms, orange peel, freeze-dried mango cubes, orange slices, liquorice roots, freeze-dried raspberry pieces, peony petals.

Serving Suggestion: Steep 2 tsp of fruit infusion in 300ml of boiling water for 5 minute or to desired taste. Add some honey for extra sweetness. Delicious cold

The midlife changing of the hormones is leading me to wake up at 2am most nights with a racing mind and songs on loop. Last night it was Run to you- Bryan Adams. I don’t think I’ve listened to that song since I was 14! Anyhow, it appeared on loop last night.
After 20 minutes of being stuck on the chorus over and over again, I thought I have to do something before I lose my mind!!
This Yoga Nidra spoken by my beautiful best friend, the gorgeous Danni Carr , is magnificent. Add a little pink noise behind and by the time you start descending the stairs (if you make it that far) you’re out.
