The Good Food Shop was born out of the personal experience of its founders,as individuals who have been on a largely Plant Based Diet for over two decades now. They had a myriad of challenges finding meat-free food alternatives after completely eliminating animal foods from their diet. Over the years, many of the people they knew to be on some form of special diet either gave up entirely or compromised often due to lack of readily available Plant-Based Food options. A lot of people still struggle and get discouraged when they attempt to live on a Plant Based Diet, whether as a personal lifestyle choice or for medical reasons. This is where we come in with a solution. We are here to make Plant-Based food readily available and accessible to all who wish to live a much healthier life by eating clean. The present day global renaissance towards healthy living and the advances made in medical science have accentuated the vital connection between our health and the food we eat. As a result many individuals and households are paying more attention to what they consume on a daily basis in addition to regularly exercising. And this is as it should be as no amount of daily exercise will make up for a poor diet. As the saying goes, “You cannot outrun your fork!”
