Position: Bartender

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality and consistent drinks.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are stocked.
- Handle customer orders efficiently, including taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal regulations.
- Process transactions, including cash and card payments, and keep accurate records of sales.
- Assist with opening and closing the bar, including setting up and cleaning the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper storage of alcohol and other beverages, following inventory control procedures.
- Assist in managing bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, (at least 2 years experience)
- Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
