⚠️🌊 FATHER AND SON STRANDED BY RISING TIDE AT GANZEKRAAL! 🎣

According to the report, a 50-year-old father and his nine-year-old son from Cape Town became stranded while fishing on the offshore rocks at Ganzekraal.

They had accessed the rocks during the spring low tide, but as the water rose, their route back to shore was cut off. They were left stranded and needed assistance from the NSRI Yzerfontein, who responded to the incident.

🙏 Thankfully, the father and son made it back safely. Their safe return is what matters most.

This incident is a serious reminder to every angler that the ocean must never be underestimated.

🎣 PLEASE TAKE THESE WARNINGS SERIOUSLY:

🌊 Always respect the ocean.
📍 Know the area where you are fishing.
🌙 Check the tide tables, especially during spring tides.
🌬️ Check the weather and sea conditions before heading out.
⚠️ Never assume you will have a safe route back to shore.

When fishing offshore rocks, the route you walked in at low tide can disappear surprisingly quickly when the tide rises.

NO FISH IS WORTH YOUR LIFE!

I warned about these dangers in my latest video because I want every angler to enjoy fishing and return home safely to their families.

Please share this message. It could help save someone's life.

🎥 Watch my latest video on Hooked To Outdoors and always remember:

PLAN YOUR TRIP. KNOW YOUR AREA. RESPECT THE OCEAN.

Stay safe, fellow anglers. ❤️🎣
