A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us on our opening day.

We were overwhelmed by the turnout, the kind words, the encouragement, and the incredible support from the Struisbaai and Agulhas community. Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new customers, and watching people enjoy what we’ve created made all the hard work worthwhile.

Many people have asked what BŌL means.

BŌL stands for Bowl Of Life.

The name reflects what we believe food should be: fresh, nourishing, vibrant, and full of goodness. Whether it’s a smoothie bowl, fresh salad, juice, or wholesome meal, our goal is simple, to serve food that helps you feel your best and brings people together.

This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow with this amazing community.

From our family to yours, thank you for believing in us, supporting local, and making our opening day one we’ll never forget.
