Hout Bay, we’ve moved into your neighbourhood! 📍❤️

And yes, that means your freezer is about to get a serious upgrade. We’ve officially opened our NEW store-in-store at SPAR Hout Bay! 🎉

Your favourite chef-made meals, delicious sides and sweet treats are now even easier to get your hands on. No chopping, no cooking from scratch, no dishes piling up. Just really good food, ready when you are.

So, next time you’re doing your grocery shop, come find us in the deli section.

Hout Bay, dinner is sorted. 🛒

Finals are here, which means their brain is currently occupied by approximately 47 chapters, three past papers and a mild amount of panic.

Cooking dinner? Probably not high on the priority list.

So, parents - stock their freezer.
Send them a few Frozen For You meals and give them one less thing to think about. Proper food, ready when they are, without the grocery shop, the cooking or another takeaway arriving at the door.

They can focus on passing. We’ll focus on feeding them.

22/10/2026

We don’t just sell frozen food. We sell you your time back.
The hour at the shops.
The chopping. The prepping. The cooking.
We’ve done that bit.

So go walk the dog. Finish the chapter. Have the drink. Stay a little longer. Do absolutely nothing if you feel like it.

Dinner’s in the freezer.
Your time is yours. We’ll handle dinner.

Frozen food has a reputation, and we’re here to change it👀
Our frozen food is nothing like what you’ve tasted. And we're more than happy to prove it. 😉

19/10/2026

Choosing is the hard part. With a freezer full of restaurant-quality meals, sides, desserts and so many nation-wide favourites, coming in for “just one thing” rarely goes according to plan.

But hey, there are worse problems to have.😌

16/10/2026

Dezemba is coming. Whether you’re organised or not. 👀

And before you know it, the car will be packed, the vacay house will be full and someone will be asking:
“So, what are we doing for dinner?”

Start planning now. Stock the freezer. Sort the holiday meals. Get the favourites everyone actually wants to eat.

Whether you’re staying home or heading to the coast, Frozen For You is coming on holiday with you.

Because going on holiday just to cook in a different kitchen?
Couldn’t be us.

Holiday orders are opening soon. Get ready. ☀️

Karen's got the right idea with this one! Our Chicken Coronation is one of her personal favourites, and for good reason.
Defrost it, pop it onto a slice of toast, and lunch is sorted. No cooking. No reheating. No spending half your lunch break in the kitchen.
Just really good food, with very little effort. Exactly how a work lunch should be. 👏

13/10/2026

Everyone is eating Amelia.

She’s saucy. She’s messy. She’s Portuguese. And since arriving at Morningside, she’s been getting quite a bit of attention.

If you haven’t had Amelia yet…What exactly are you waiting for? 👀

📍 Available Monday to Saturday at Frozen For You Morningside.

Come hungry.

09/10/2026

While everyone else is winding down for the year, we’ve decided to do the opposite. 👀

10 new locations. Before the end of the year.

Because if you’re heading off for December, stocking the holiday house or just wondering where your nearest Frozen For You is hiding… we’re working on getting a little closer.
South Africa, we’re opening up.

Keep an eye out. We might be coming to you next.

07/10/2026

Beef Lasagne with our Crusty Sourdough Bread and Our fav dad + daughter duo 🤌🏼🍝

And yes, the paddle session took longer than heating up the lasagne 😉

we love you too!

05/10/2026

Everyone’s eating Amelia. 🌶️

And frankly, we get it. Juicy chicken. Portuguese roll. Our delicious Prego Sauce applied with absolutely no restraint.

She’s messy. She’s saucy. She’s not particularly concerned about your white shirt.

If you know, you know. If you don’t, you know where to go. 👀

Amelia. Morningside. Monday–Saturday.

An apple for your teacher?
After everything they’ve put up with this year?
Be serious. 🍎

If we’re doing apples for Teacher’s Day on the 5th of October, at least make it our Apple Cake. Or the Apple, Berry & Almond Crumble. Much more appropriate, if you ask us.

And if choosing feels like too much responsibility, get them a Frozen For You voucher and let them pick their own favourites.

Teachers deserve more than an apple. They deserve dinner sorted too.

We’re chefs, not chemists. 👩🏼‍🍳

Somewhere along the way, food got so complicated you now need a degree to understand what’s inside the meal you’re eating. Why? Makes you think, doesn’t it?

At Frozen For You, we keep things pretty simple.
We start with quality ingredients. The kind you recognise. The kind you’d use at home. The kind Granny would know exactly what to do with.

Our chefs cook the food. Then we blast freeze it.

Because frozen doesn’t mean less fresh, less nutritious or less delicious. It’s simply how we hit pause.

29/09/2026

Kenton, we’re finally here!

Frozen For You is now available at SPAR Sunshine Coast, Kenton-on-Sea. Proper, restaurant-quality meals. A freezer full of options. Dinner sorted without leaving town.

Honestly, it was about time. Kenton, we’re here. ❤️

28/09/2026

You’ve just found out Karen is hosting dinner. So… what’s on the menu? 🍽️

For our final part, we asked Karen what she’d serve if she walked through the door at the last minute with people coming over. Having people over doesn’t have to mean spending the whole evening in the kitchen. Sometimes the best kind of hosting is the kind where you actually get to sit down too. ❤️

27/09/2026

We all have a Frozen For You personality. 👀

Are you the one who always orders the same thing because it never disappoints? The long-lunch enthusiast? The dessert-first kind of person? Or the foodie who's always trying something new?

Be honest... which one are you? 👀

26/09/2026

Sometimes a meal says what you can’t from the other side of the world. ❤️🇿🇦🇦🇺

One of our customers living in Australia sent his family back home a Frozen For You meal for this weekend, because while he can’t be on the couch with them watching the big game this weekend, he can still send a little something that says, “I’m thinking of you.”

Different countries. Different sides of the world. Same game. Same family. And food is sorted.

If you’ve got someone back home you’re missing, you know what to do!

25/09/2026

Kenton, your time has come. 👀

We know. It took us a minute. But Frozen For You is officially making its way to Kenton-on-Sea.

Very soon, you’ll be able to stock your freezer with proper, restaurant-quality meals right on your doorstep, no road trip required.

You’ll find us at SPAR Sunshine Coast, Kenton-on-Sea. Keep an eye out, Kenton. We’ll see you very soon.
