The Delle Donne Family have been expertly crafting Zandam Italian Cheese for more than half a century. The processes and recipes that are still used today have been handed down from mother, to daughter in law, to son. Mauro Delle Donne, the current owner of Zandam Italian Cheese, is a cheesemaker at heart. Having spent many years in the cheesery, learning from his mother Iolanda, Mauro still regul

arly travels to Italy to ensure that Zandam cheese remains authentically Italian in every sense. Zandam Italian cheese is also proudly South African. This weekend we celebrated Don Tino Delle Donne. Leaning into his Italian heritage with full force, our Cheesy Godfather turned sixty in style. La Famiglia came out in their fun and fancy best to support the Don on this momentous occasion. He made his guests a (delicious) offer they just could not refuse, and the night was a roaring success.

Good conversations, new connections and plenty of great cheese.

Day one at the Africa Food Show is done.

With more than 350 exhibitors, 8,000 trade visitors and participants from 60+ countries, the show has once again proven why it is Africa's leading food and beverage trade event.

Tino spent time catching up with clients, meeting new industry contacts and sharing the Zandam story with visitors interested in our range of cheeses.

If you're attending the show at the CTICC in Cape Town, be sure to stop by and say hello. We love to expand our extended Famiglia. We'll be there until 12 June.
