Soft, fluffy, and loaded with rich chocolate chunks π«π§
These easy Chocolate Chunk Muffins are perfect for baking at home simple ingredients, easy steps, and a delicious result every time! πβ¨

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C and grease or line a muffin tray.
2. In a large bowl, sift together:
β’ 1ΒΎ cups flour
β’ Β½ cup cocoa powder
β’ 2 tsp baking powder
β’ Β½ tsp salt
3. Stir in ΒΎ cup sugar.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together:
β’ 1 cup milk
β’ β
cup oil or melted butter
β’ 1 egg
β’ 1 tsp vanilla essence
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Fold in Β½ to 1 cup chocolate chunks.
7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tray.
8. Bake for 18β22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
