I have created this new menu that is low carb... its extremely strict when it comes to portions of protein but the veg is up to 6 to 10 cups per day. I haven't tried this menu out myself... so I am giving it a bash. And... I also put on quite abit of weight so timing is perfect 😌 I will be going on this for 80 days straight, to be ready just in time for the festive season. I will post my results weekly and pics of what I am eating. So it's Day 1 of 80 today.... let's see how it goes.
