Those that know me from Flavor Burst know that lam a believer in making informed choices in the what l put in my mouth. For the past 4 years I have been on an up and down journey with my skin. Had actual given up on my skin till l started researching and realizing that in fact my skin eats as well?? Have you asked yourself that question lately??

I’m out of the country at the moment, and this page is a bit neglected but the motto of Flavor Burst hasn’t changed, ‘Your Health is the best investment, better wealth than any amount of money you can have in the bank.
My message today is , Health shouldn’t be so complicated, keep it simple!!
Look after your skin and remember it eats as well, what you put on your skin doesn’t end there but goes deeper in your blood stream.
Read Ingredients when l said simple l mean those ingredients you can’t read in your products question them, why should they be complicated?
If anyone thinks you are obsessed when you enquirer about what you eat or apply on your skin, maybe remind them , they are exactly what marketers want they are obsessed with such people who just grab and use.
Bible also says , ‘People perish for lack of knowledge ‘

God gives us the right foods at the right seasons🙏🏽 Today my autumn main color of the day from breakfast to my dinner was orange just created from wat l had a full breakfast building it on my papaya& later squash butternut. Easy to make loaded with vitamins especially high on Vit C and many more to boost my immune system for winter in these meals packed in one!! Time saving easy to eat with all flavors infused in one.

Please share with us on this platform more creative and attractive ways of how you present your breakfasts and dinners using plants and saving money in these tough times. Share your easy to make Breakfasts or lunches that can be easily carried to school and work and still remain intact and attractive.

NB *remember to sprinkle lemon on your fruits eg apples when you taking to eat later and keep it in a tight sealed container*

VC's Flavor Burst plant based Pop Up Restaurant launched on the 19th of August 2018. In Honor of a phenomenal young lady, Zithelo Zeeyonce Mnguni who left a big mark in our lives and in Flavor Burst. She would have turned 31 on the 20th of August. The day was filled with life lessons on the importance of honoring signs around us and learning to listen to signals our body gives, with our Nutritionist and Top chef Dr Gandy Madzalo.
