She has also worked for some of Johannesburg’s top 5-star rated hotel and catering establishments. Me-n-u strives to strike an eclectic balance between the familiarities of favourites such as artisanal cheese boards, while pushing culinary boundaries through the introduction of many deliciously innovative molecular gastronomic delights.
