I lived in the United Kingdom in a town called Redditch , Worcestershire. I started my home baking in 2009 and enjoyed it so much that I felt I wanted to improve on my baking skills. I then enrolled with New College on their Baking and sugar craft flower courses and was privileged to attend several master classes with professional bakers. I learnt new techniques which ensured all my cakes exceeded
clients expectations. I’ve attended the Birmingham international Baking shows and have met several famous cake artists including Alan Dunn, Peggy Porschen, Tracy Mann and Paul Bradford to name a few. In 2017, I returned to the lovely coastal city of Durban in my native South Africa. I started doing cakes for friends and very soon, my business flourished mainly by word of mouth. My cakes are freshly baked from scratch (no cake box mixes) and never frozen - I only use high quality ingredients to ensure that you have a wonderfully delicious and moist cake.
