Hello to you all...

The last few weeks on the Garden Route have been a lot. Storms. Flooding. Roofs doing things roofs should not do. Insurance companies doing what insurance companies do best, which is asking for the same three documents six different times while everything waits.

My instinct -- and probably yours too -- was to keep pushing. Just get through it.

I felt myself starting to burn out when the second storm arrived. So I stepped back. Took a few days. Did very little. Came back calmer, clearer, actually useful again.

I've watched our chickens for years. The ones who pace the fence all day, frantic, burning energy on nothing -- they're exhausted by sunset. The ones who scratch around quietly, eat well, find a patch of sun and just... stop for a bit -- they're the ones still going strong when everyone else has given up and gone to roost.

We are not so different from our chickens. I say this with tremendous respect.๐Ÿ˜ If you've been pacing your own fence lately, your body is carrying this stress too. It probably needs some really good food. So check out our protein packed comfort specials!
