For those looking for more ideas with the stewing beef and riblets, here is a recipe from the iconic Tannie Sannie Smit who wrote many South African cookbooks.
I don't put in the same effort with the sauce. I basically throw the ingredients I have (and I don't always have everything on hand) in a pressure cooker. The result is comfort food at its best.
