Kiss, Blush and Tell's take on the viral Charlie Bird salad 🥬🍅🥒

Start with boiling 1 cup bulgur wheat in equal parts water and apple c***r vinegar plus 2 bay leaves and sea salt flakes. Let it cool

1) Make your dressing: Half cup olive oil, quarter cup lemon juice and sea salt flakes

2) Add in bulgar wheat, parmesan shavings and chopped pistachios to bowl with dressing.

3) Then go wild with additions – I did chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped sweet peppers, sliced radishes and chopped cucumber

4) Add in your leafy green mix (I did rocket, parsley, spring onions and mint)

5) I finished it with sumac pickled onions. This is optional. Feta would be good too!

Keeps so well in the fridge – you could leave out the rocket if you want it to keep for longer.

Shop the Checkers salad promo – buy 4 and save 20% on selected salad goodies when you swipe your Xtra Savings card. In store and on the Checkers Sixty60 app. Valid until 8 November.
