6 Easy Meal Prep Recipes for the Week

Chicken Quinoa Bowls
Balanced Prep Bowl
1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup grilled chicken, 1 cup roasted vegetables, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before grilling. Toss roasted vegetables with olive oil and salt. Divide quinoa, chicken, and vegetables into containers and refrigerate.

Egg Veggie Muffins
Portable Protein Bites
6 eggs, 1 cup chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp dried herbs (oregano or parsley).

Whisk eggs with vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Pour into muffin tray and bake at 180°C for 18 minutes. Cool and store chilled.

Turkey Rice Boxes
Simple Lunch Prep
1 cup rice, 1 cup ground turkey, 1 cup vegetables, 1 tsp olive oil, salt, pepper, ½ tsp paprika.
