Box Divvy uses an opt-in system - you only order when you want to. Each week:
• You’ll receive an email when the order opens
• You have a few days to shop and join or open splits (shared boxes)
• Produce is ordered fresh, direct from growers - no storage or unnecessary waste

Love a quick toss in the wok dinner?!

Cooked this up for lunch today and it was delicious!
Quick, easy and a hit with all 4 of my children (rare 🙄) !!
We don’t eat meat so we pan fried strips of king oyster mushrooms until golden (turns out very similar to chicken). You could totally use chicken , seafood or any protein you like!
Add the sauce.
Then the veggies (we used broccolini, carrot, yellow capsicum).
And a handful of cashews 😋
Served with steamed rice. Topped with shallots.
And best of all, every ingredient available from box divvy. No 5pm supermarket run for dinner ingredients 🎉

Parsnips are back on Box Divvy marketplace, and they are a key ingredient to a very tasty soup. This soup ticks so many boxes! It is low fod map, gluten free, grain free, vegan, full of vitamins, very low in fat, very high in flavour and so simple to prepare. See the instructions in the first comment.

There is something magical about kumquats both fresh and preserved. It is a pity their season is so short. I have preserved some to serve during the festive season and will pair them with Basque cheesecake.
At $6.44 at Box Divvy, a handful of Kumquats preserved in a simple sugar syrup will add such tang and warmth to creamy deserts.

This is the first batch of strawberry jam from this week’s Box Divvy great price for 8 punnets. I have one more batch to make and will have strawberries over💕. The cost for each jar of jam is less than $2 and the taste is incomparable!

Jars of beetroot and Balsamic vinegar relish sell for between $5.88 and $13.95 each. Box Divvy is selling beetroot for $0.80 each. The family prefers homemade for flavour but thought that making the relish with all the right ingredients might be pricey - not so!!! This batch averaged $1.80 a jar and the taste is amazing 🤩!

Quinces are the most expensive fruit that I buy from Box Divvy but even then, homemade quince preserves hit the flavour right out of the ballpark, and are less than half the cost of even the cheapest commercial brands.
This beautiful quince paste/jam is a favourite of our family for cheeseboards and toast. I also use the fruit discards ( cores,tops & bottoms) from it to make quince jelly. Jam recipe is in the comments.
