Bit of a change in our day...
I didn't sleep good so Eric offered to go to Southgate Corner Farmers’ Market for me today. He will have all of our wonderful extracts and paste, and his mushrooms and micro-greens. He will probably stay a little later too.

I will be at Southgate Farmer's Market Saturday morning from 9-10:30!

I have 3 different types of vanilla extract, 2 types of vanilla paste, cocoa extract and almond extract.

Mycelium Man oyster mushrooms and micro-greens.

I have also started making Calabash bowls. I have small ones that are great for using for your dresser or bath sink to put odds and ins such as change, jewelry, sea glass. I also have large ones that are great for fruit bowls or even popcorn bowls. Prices range from $10-$20.

While market wasn't super packed today, it was a nice steady flow of customers. Sold out of microgrreens and sold several vanilla extracts and pastes.

This week at Southgate Farmers Market I will have a new vanilla extract made from the Madagascar Vanilla Beans. I will also have plenty of 1 oz bottles. I know a few people were looking for them last week and I ran out. I will also have vanilla paste, almond and cocoa extract. A few bags of sunflower micro greens, and my calabash bowls.

Caribbean Farm STX will be at Southgate Farmer's Market Saturday morning. I make my own extracts such as vanilla, almond, cocoa, and coconut. This week for my vanilla extract I will have vanilla extract made with vanilla beans from India that have a flavor profile of chocolate and caramel. Mexican vanilla bean is my latest new option with a flavor profile of cinnamon and floral notes. I also offer vanilla paste. These are all made with our local Cruzan Rum.

I will also have our low sugar guava jam.
