We have our last 2022 appearance at the today until 11:30am! We have Summer and Pink Oyster, and more Lion's Mane than we know what to do with! Lion's Mane is discounted this week at only $10!

And as always, we have dried Lion's Mane, mushroom jerky, mushroom salt, mushroom pepper, and mushroom espresso!

We are so grateful to for giving us the chance to share fresh locally grown mushrooms to the people of Indiana, and we look forward to coming back next year!

We are at the again this week until 11:30am! We have plenty of mushroom jerky this time in Asian Heat, Hawaiian BBQ and Lion's Mane Honey Mustard. We are also rolling out our Mushroom salt, pepper, and coffee supplements. The coffee will add the health benefits of the Lion's Mane mushroom with the flavor of espresso. The salt and pepper are a great way to add extra unami to any dish!

Update from the grow tent! We just got back from a week long vacation so we left some Pink Oysters in the tent to see how they fared on their own. They are a beautiful and hardy mushroom, great for beginners!

Some of our Blue Oysters, a species of Pluerotus Ostreatus, almost ready for harvest. They are a strikingly good looking Oyster mushroom with a strong umami flavor and a soft and meaty texture.
