Another year, a different spring 🌧️ God has been growing our trust in Him over the past years. What once would leave us filled with anxiety is replaced with faith and trust. How? By prayer and remembering the goodness He’s shown to us in previous seasons. So even though the fields are wet and planting is at a halt…God is still faithful 💪

It’s hard to believe, but today is our last day for the season!

Thank you to all our customers, employees, and friends who helped make this year great. We appreciate your business, encouragement, and prayers!

God is so good to us! We’ve seen Him work in so many ways this year through the farm and cannot wait to see what’s in store for next year. All glory be to Him!

We will be open today (Saturday, November 1) from 9:00-2:00. If we don’t see you today, we hope to see you next year!

Farming-in-Faith 8/5/2025

“Purpose on the Farm”

One of our favorite parts of the day is the end. When we can step away into the field for a moment to ourselves and reflect. It gives us a chance to be around the produce, see the plants grow, think about the dreams we have for this farm, etc.

Moments in the field tend to center us on our purpose.

We’ve struggled with the purpose of this farm. Of course we strive to grow and sell quality produce while conducting a faith based business and farm (and trust us, we have TONS of ideas of where we’d like to see the business in 5 years). But we always catch ourselves. We forget…in the future, where is God in our plans?

Having goals in life is so important! It gives us motivation for the journey ahead, it gives us grit for the difficulties we will face, it gives us purpose. But where does God fit into them? Are we so consumed with our own agenda and plans on earth that we ignore God’s will/purpose for our lives? Do we forget the opportunities (not obligations) He’s given us to glorify Him in our lives?

As we continually seek to uncover and accomplish our purpose with this farm, we want to encourage you to also seek God’s purpose in your own lives! Don’t get blindsided by earthly goals, set your eyes/goals on something far greater and far more everlasting!

We hope you find blessing in these words!
