🌱Kale is absolutely thriving right now, and I was on the hunt for a new way to use it. I struck gold with this one! To be completely honest, I was a little nervous to try it, but it was so worth it. This salad will be on repeat at our house until kale season comes to an end.

Whipped these up this morning, and they were just too good not to share! 😋

Asparagus & Ham Egg Bites

Ingredients:
• 12 farm-fresh eggs
• 1 bundle fresh asparagus, chopped
• 1 ham steak, cubed
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in chopped asparagus and cubed ham.
4. Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

Makes 12 delicious egg bites that are perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or a quick protein-packed snack!

Fresh Produce Has Arrived! 🙌

Radishes, spinach, and kale have officially made their seasonal debut, and we're excited to share them with you at the market tomorrow! 🫜

We're also still harvesting beautiful asparagus, green onions, and rhubarb, so be sure to add them to your shopping list before their season comes to an end.

🥩 Our freezers are fully restocked, too! Stop by and pick up some of our grass fed & finished Ground beef, Sausage links, Chicken breasts or
Lamb chops. Plus, we have plenty of other cuts available.

We absolutely love adding another fresh veggie to the produce list! This week, the first round of radishes are shining in all their glory. Harvesting root vegetables is always so much fun — every time you pull one from the ground feels like a little surprise! The great-grandkids especially love helping out in the garden. 🫜

The love for growing fresh produce is definitely taking root in yet another generation, and we couldn’t be more excited to see it continue to grow deep. Be sure to stop by and see what new produce is making its way into the market this week. We love watching that list grow!
