Cinnamon roll cookies! 😁 cream cheese icing!!🤪

Banana bread with cream cheese swirl.

Bread:
3 banana
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1tp vanilla
1/3c oil
1 1/2c flour
1tp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Cream cheese mixture:
4oz cream cheese softened
1/4c sugar
3TB flour
1egg
Splash of vanilla
Preheat over to 350’
Mash banana and mix with sugar.
Set aside in a large bowl.
In small bowl mix egg and vanilla.
Add to large bowl and mix. Add oil.
In smaller bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Slow mix into large bowl half each time.
Set aside.

In medium bowl mix cream cheese and sugar. Mix until smooth. Add mix in egg, flour and vanilla.

Spray non stick spray in one large bread pan. Add half banana mixture on the bottom then layering the cream cheese mixture with the remaining banana bread mixture to the top.
Use knife and swirl mixtures together.

May add walnuts, chocolate chips to the top if you would like. I did half and half.

Bake for 55-60 minutes.
Turn down to 300’ and bake for 15 minutes longer.

Remove for oven and enjoy!
