This week we’re featuring Sakura Reserve Wagyu Sirloin. We split them up into “Baseball Filets”, which eat like a tenderloin at a fraction of the price, and Petite Sirloins, which are way more tender than the sirloin you’re used to.

Not to mention we got a new knife from which explains the smooth cuts. These knives are super sharp, hold an edge and feel great in your hand. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for new knives!

ÇA C'EST BON!! We got SMOKED BOUDIN sausage ready and waiting for your jambalaya, red beans & rice, boudin balls, or anything else you can imagine!

Boudin is a classic Cajun style sausage made with rice, pork shoulder, pork liver, bell pepper, onion, celery, hella spices.

This is the best boudin this side of the Mississippi - Kept in the freezer so we can have on hand.

We made some goat bacon! One is a standard bacon, like our house bacon. The other is coated in honey Aleppo for a little heat and sweetness.

Fry it up crispy and enjoy! It is delicious.

Dont want to break out the grill in the rain? Reheat some of our pre-cooked smoked ribs!

We'll also be stocked on T.H.B. favs like our Ohio Burgers, house pickles, and Virsli Hot Dogs (all beef and natural casing!).

Back on the block for Fresh Cut Friday, the Kan Kan Chops! This time we also have “Bacon Ribs” which is the belly with the bone in.

Perfect for this holiday weekend! We can hope for sunshine but these will make getting out in the rain worth it! This pork is too good not to feature it!

Tomorrow is Tuesday and Gaby is back at it. Bistec à la Mexicana. Beef fried up in lard, seasoned with cumin, salt and pepper. Adding in onions, jalapeños and Roma tomatoes. Served up with a tomato, jalapeno and garlic salsa.

These tacos are absolutely delicious and as per usual, they’ll sell out fast. Call ahead or hurry in!

This week we are highlighting a Tajima Chuck Roll. Sakura’s highest grade and full Japanese bloodline wagyu beef.
From this primal we get Denvers, chuck eyes, Chuck roasts, boneless short ribs and a Sierra steak(similar to flank). All these cuts are incredibly marbled and will make a great addition to your dinner table!

ATILLA’s Table is back on June 21st for it’s second installment in our Supper Club Series with “Beef and Bourbon”! What else would we center a six course supper club around on Father’s Day?

6 courses, paired with the perfect bourbon cocktail sounds like the perfect gift for Dad on his day. So come join us!

Mother's day is the one day a year that we collectively honor the women who brought us into the world. What words can truly capture the relationship between a mother and her child? We thought it better to try and capture it by sharing some snapshots of our staff and their moms.
Our mothers have watched us grow, have fed us when we're hungry, have held us when we've cried, and everything in between and beyond. In the myriad of aspects of who they are as people, the one that will never change is that they are your mom. Whether they are near or very, very far, we encourage you to thank your mom this mother's day. (And to do it every other day of the year! 😁) We wouldn't be who we are without you, moms. ❤️

We will have plenty of amazing meats including:
-wagyu New York strips
-prime filet mignon
-wagyu flank steaks
-a plethora of charcuterie items

if you choose to thank the mothers in your life with some meat!
