This week we’re featuring Sakura Reserve Wagyu Sirloin. We split them up into “Baseball Filets”, which eat like a tenderloin at a fraction of the price, and Petite Sirloins, which are way more tender than the sirloin you’re used to.
Not to mention we got a new knife from which explains the smooth cuts. These knives are super sharp, hold an edge and feel great in your hand. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the market for new knives!
